			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My wife and I recently celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and she was expecting to be taken out for the customary meal.  The problem was where to go!  We usually visit a restaurant somewhere with the extended family, comprising our 3 sons plus assorted wives and girlfriends&#8230;however this year there was also a 7 month old granddaughter to consider.  A short conversation with Lynne Wardale at Tall Hats Catering and Events convinced me that the perfect solution was to have a gourmet meal cooked at home.  And what a good decision that was!  After an afternoon out on the town and a rare visit to the movies, Jackie andI arrived home to be met by the whole family and thetable beautifully laid for dinner.  After some delicious canapes and Prosecco, we sat down to a fabulous 3 course meal finishing with coffee and complimentary home made chocolate brownies topped with raspberries (Tall Hats signature &#8220;dish&#8221;).    I can wholeheartedly recommend the Tall Hats team who will provide the perfect night in &#8211; dining in is definitely the new eating out!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We are getting very excited about the <a title="Sardinian themed Wedding catering" href="/weddings/">Sardinian themed wedding</a> for Gemma and Tom on Saturday,  in a beautiful marquee in the heart of the New Forest.  Four courses starting off with Anti Pasta including Italian cured meats, Aubergine hearts, Roasted Peppers, Olives, special Sardinian bread, followed by a  Sardinian pasta dish &#8220;Malloreddus alla Campi Danese&#8221; &#8230;then if the guests have room, slow cooked Loin of Hampshire pork finishing with Prosecco jellies topped with Pomegranates seeds &#8211; even we are drooling.</p>
