We are getting very excited about the Sardinian themed wedding for Gemma and Tom on Saturday,  in a beautiful marquee in the heart of the New Forest.  Four courses starting off with Anti Pasta including Italian cured meats, Aubergine hearts, Roasted Peppers, Olives, special Sardinian bread, followed by a  Sardinian pasta dish “Malloreddus alla Campi Danese” …then if the guests have room, slow cooked Loin of Hampshire pork finishing with Prosecco jellies topped with Pomegranates seeds – even we are drooling.
